Novolex Earns Prestigious Gold Award and Key Certification for Compostable Butter Wrap

Novolex® today announced two coveted achievements for its new compostable butter wrap: the 2025 Gold Award for Sustainability from the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA), and certification as compostable in commercial facilities by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI).

Manufactured by Novolex company Shields®, the new TerreGloss™ and Terrecote™ butter wraps seamlessly blend performance and sustainability to meet the needs of both consumers and dairies alike.

Inteplast Group Affiliate Acquires Vantage Products Corporation

20/20 Custom Molded Plastics, LLC, an Inteplast Group affiliate, has acquired the assets of Covington, GA - based Vantage Products Corporation and will expand its injection molding business there. Through this new facility, 100 employment opportunities are anticipated over the next two years. Vantage, founded in 1978, was a manufacturer of polypropylene funeral services merchandise. However, 20/20 is slated to offer a wider variety of custom molded products to its customer base via its increased capacity at the 100,000 square-foot plant which houses two 2,500-ton presses and a 300-ton press. Some products 20/20 already manufactures include pallets, carts, and pool panels.

Diversey Opens New European Headquarters and OpCo Office to Drive Growth and Innovation

Diversey, a Solenis company and leading player in professional cleaning and hygiene solutions, has opened a new European headquarters and shared operating company (OpCo) office for Solenis and Diversey in Breukelen, the Netherlands. The new facility reflects the shared vision of both companies to enhance collaboration, drive innovation and deliver value to customers across the region. An integrated research and development (R&D) center at the new site stands out as a hub for innovation, focused on creating breakthrough cleaning and hygiene solutions to solidify Diversey’s industry leadership. Additionally, the new building will house the Dutch OpCo for both Solenis and Diversey, consolidating operations to enable greater synergy and efficiency. Solenis’ European headquarters remains in Switzerland.
