Second Quarter 2024 Financial Highlights: *Net Revenues of $1,338 million for the second quarter of 2024 were down 6% compared to $1,426 million in the second quarter of 2023 and up 7% compared to $1,252 million in the first quarter of 2024. *Net Income of $20 million for the second quarter of 2024 compared to a net loss of $139 million in the second quarter of 2023 and net income of $10 million in the first quarter of 2024. Pactiv Evergreen Inc. (“Pactiv Evergreen” or the “Company”) today reported results for the second quarter of 2024.
