Mike Graves is the C.E.O. of Midland. He began his career in sales at the Whitaker-Carpenter company, which ultimately became part of Unisource. He held various sales and management positions until becoming the area general manager for the paper and packaging segments for Illinois.

In 2002, he came to Midland as the GM of the Chicago division. He was soon appointed COO before becoming president and an equity partner. As the C.E.O., he now oversees all of Midland’s commercial printing relationships, vendor relationships, the packaging and specialty paper segments and Midland’s 16 distribution facilities. He holds a BA in business from the University of Iowa.
