InPrint USA to Host Inaugural Industrial Inkjet Conference

InPrint USA, the Industrial Print Show, will host the first Industrial Inkjet Conference May 1-2, 2018 at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago. The conference will showcase how inkjet technologies are transforming the manufacturing sector and will educate attendees on the opportunities and challenges in inkjet printing for industrial applications.

The inaugural InPrint USA exhibition, held last April in Orlando, connected manufacturers who use print as a key component of the manufacturing process with leading brands in the fields of industrial specialty, screen, digital, inkjet and 3D technology print solutions.

“We were very pleased with the positive feedback we received from both InPrint exhibitors and attendees” said Melissa Magestro, Executive Vice President of Mack Brooks Exhibitions Inc., the show organizer. “The show confirmed that there is a community of innovators looking for information on how to tap into new markets now open to them through digital inkjet technology. The focus of this new Industrial Inkjet Conference will be on highlighting trends, challenges, opportunities, case studies and the latest technical advancements in industrial inkjet technology across functional, decorative and package printing applications. RRD Confirms Receipt of Revised Proposal from Chatham Asset Management

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company on November 3, 2021 announced it entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by affiliates of Atlas Holdings LLC for $8.52 per share in cash for each share of RRD common stock. RRD announced on 11/16/2021 that it has received a proposal from Chatham Asset Management, LLC to acquire all of the outstanding shares of RRD not already owned by Chatham for $9.10 per share in cash. The RRD Board of Directors, consistent with its fiduciary duties and in accordance with the terms of its merger agreement with Atlas, will carefully review and consider the Revised Proposal to determine the course of action that it believes is in the best interests of the Company and RRD shareholders. RRD shareholders do not need to take any action at this time and the RRD Board of Directors has not yet made any determination with respect to the Revised Proposal. Centerview Partners LLC is serving as financial advisor and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is serving as legal advisor to RRD.
