Important Neenah Wide Format Announcement

Neenah is announcing a price increase of approximately 3% – 5% on several of our Wide Format brands. We’ve also taken this opportunity to better align our conVerd Board® brand pricing across the products within that portfolio. The list below information for all brands that are being increased.

Wide Format Brands excluded from this price increase include: CLASSIC CREST® Wide Format, ESSE® Wide Format and ASTROBRIGHTS® Wide Format.

Orders entered prior to today’s date will maintain today’s price regardless of ship date. Orders placed after today’s date with a ship date prior to December 4, 2017 will also receive today’s price. All existing contract business will be reviewed and revised within the agreed upon terms of the contract.

Blue4est® represents the latest generation of environmentally friendly receipts and, unlike the traditional receipts used at POS, can be disposed of as wastepaper without a problem. In addition, its blue color makes Blue4est® thermal paper immediately recognizable as environmentally friendly for consumers. Low power consumption and high performance combined with low operating costs make the Epson TM‐T88VI receipt printer an environmentally friendly alternative for the POS receipt printer market, and together with Blue4est® paper, a sustainable POS printing solution.

KP Tissue Releases Second Quarter 2020 Financial Results

KPLP Q2 2020 Business and Financial Highlights • Revenue increased by $21.1 million or 5.8% to $386.8 million in Q2 2020 compared to $365.7 million in Q2 2019. Excluding the divested Mexico business, Q2 2020 revenue increased by $46.5 million or 13.7%. • Adjusted EBITDA was $64.4 million in Q2 2020 compared to $31.5 million in Q2 2019, an increase of 104.6%. • TAD Sherbrooke site progressing on time and on budget despite the temporary shutdown in Q1 2020 due to the implementation of strict COVID-19 protocols. • Declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share to be paid on October 15, 2020.
