HP Debuts the HP Indigo 200K Digital Press Designed to Accelerate Growth for the Flexible Packaging Industry

HP Inc. today unveiled its new HP Indigo 200K Digital Press, designed to give digital flexible converters the competitive edge with better productivity, on-demand delivery, no minimum orders, unique designs, reduced energy consumption, and minimal waste. The new press is based on the only field-proven digital technology for digital flexible packaging and on a successful install base of over 300 HP Indigo 25K digital presses, series 4, worldwide. The new, series 5, HP Indigo 200K digital press, prints up to 56 m/min (183 ft/min) and dramatically increases the productivity of high-margin, sustainable short runs of digital flexible packaging, to be delivered in days, not weeks.

Four Color Bible Printed at Sheridan Coincides with Opening of The Faith and Liberty Discovery Center

Quad Wins Multi-Million-Dollar Contract to Print Reader’s Digest

Quad is now the sole printer of the U.S. edition of Reader’s Digest, America’s fourth largest-circulation magazine. The new, multi-million-dollar contract spans the next three years. One of the best-known magazines on American shelves, Reader’s Digest’s move to Quad streamlines its annual U.S. print run of almost 20 million copies. Quad’s through-the-line solution, including a capital investment in two-up binders, gives it all the resources needed to manufacture and distribute the magazine. This end-to-end process includes Publishers’ Studio, Quad’s proprietary workflow solution for issue mapping, which Reader’s Digest has been using since 2021.
