Tweddle Group Names Todd Headlee Company President

Tweddle Group is pleased to announce that Todd Headlee has been named the new President of the company. An experienced executive with a background in digital transformation technology, Mr. Headlee succeeded the retiring Mark Berkey in the role on January 9, 2023.

Headlee most recently served as Head of Products and Platforms at 1898 & Co., a global business and technology consultancy. His 30-year career includes work across the automotive and energy sectors, a unique combination that will help Tweddle Group assist its OEM partners as they increasingly pivot toward electric vehicles.

As part of Tweddle Group’s transition to Headlee’s leadership, the company is also pleased to announce the promotions of Claude Vanbeveren to Chief Business Development Officer and Pat McGinnis to Chief Strategy Officer. These moves will help Headlee and the entire Tweddle Group executive team in continuing to grow the business.

Canon Expands ColorStream 8000 Series of Inkjet Presses (piworld.com)

Two new models – the ColorStream 8200 and 8110 – will look to build on the success of the ColorStream 8000 series of high-speed, web-fed inkjet presses, it was announced today by Canon U.S.A. Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions. The ColorStream has proven to be an attractive investment for high-volume print production environments since its original launch in 2011, with more than 1,800 towers installed worldwide. The latest additions to the series now includes the ColorStream 8200, offering a maximum speed of up to 656 feet per minute, making it one of the most productive model in the series. The ColorStream 8110, which offers up to 361 feet per minute, is an additional option for print service providers (PSPs) wanting to invest in a new ColorStream press while maintaining existing finishing equipment.

RRD Confirms Receipt of Revised Proposal from Chatham Asset Management

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced that it has received a proposal from Chatham Asset Management, LLC to acquire all of the outstanding shares of RRD not already owned by Chatham for $10.25 per share in cash. The RRD Board of Directors, consistent with its fiduciary duties and in accordance with the terms of its definitive merger agreement with affiliates of Atlas Holdings LLC, dated as of November 3, 2021, will carefully review and consider the Revised Chatham Proposal to determine the course of action that it believes is in the best interests of the Company and RRD shareholders. RRD shareholders do not need to take any action at this time and the Board has not yet made any determination with respect to the Revised Chatham Proposal.
