As part of an investor presentation, O-I Glass, Inc. (NYSE: OI) will share its business plan to accelerate the company’s transformation and increase value for all stakeholders.

Packaging leader Smurfit Kappa has joined forces with KHS, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of filling and packaging systems for the beverage and liquid food industries, to roll out its sustainable TopClip multipack product for bundling canned beverages. Hood Container Corporation Announces Acquisition of Sumter, South Carolina Based Sumter Packaging Corporation

Hood Container Corporation announced that it has acquired the corrugated packaging business of Sumter, SC based Sumter Packaging Corporation. This includes all of Sumter’s design, manufacturing, assembly and fulfillment operations in Sumter, SC as well as the business manufactured and serviced from the Statesville, NC facility.
